Your options here include links so you can quick-find resources to help you:
● Host amazing women's events, conferences, retreats or outreaches.
● Grow your existing women's ministry with fresh ideas, tools and templates.
● Start a new women's ministry: Learn how to create a proposal, select a ministry name, recruit volunteers and more.
● Link to women's ministry leadership podcasts, blogs and training programs.
● Find local women's Christian conferences, events and collaborative opportunities for your group.
● Find Christian women speakers who live near you and/or speak on your upcoming event topic.
Our motto is from Titus 2:3-5: Let the older women encourage and equip younger women in godliness, love and all good things.
Women's Ministries exist to provide both learning and teaching opportunities.
● Through events and programs, conferences and retreats, women feel loved and get hungry.
● Through Bible studies and grace-based small group interactions, their faith and knowledge grows.
● As they serve in the nursery, on food, decorating and publicity teams, they feel connected and needed.
● As your group serves at local pantries or on missions trips, they learn gratitude, and how to share their faith.
● Finally, your WM leadership team serves as a place for them to grow into the leader God created them to be.
Because, no matter who you are, someone is watching your life. Every woman matters. Every woman has a role. Every woman has God given missions and responsibilities including those:
● In her home
● In her church
● In her community (service, paid or unpaid)
● In her world (praying, giving and/or going)
We include only "vetted" resources to meet your needs as you lead a church or para-church WM program.
Why waste time sifting through "non-relevant" search results? Or worse, rule out Vegas-related "Girls Night Out" sites when what you're looking for is God-centric event ideas?
Here we are all about:
● Honoring God
● Vetting Resources, so you don't have to
● Being Bible-based
● Sharing WM Leadership Resources
● Providing easy access
● Inviting you to share this with others
● Helping you grow your group now
This site includes resources for small, medium and mega church communities. It's even perfect for local churches who want to start something from scratch.
You'll find leadership tools, podcasts, blogs and more. There are links to small group and Bible study leader resources.
If your goal is to grow the women in your church, and those in your community, you're in the right place.
This site is managed by Marnie Swedberg and team. She says, "Like you, my heart is all about mentoring and ministry to women.
"God got me started 'mentoring younger women' at age 12, when I volunteered to help with 4-year-old children's church.
"Since then, I've mentored millions, including over 15,000 leaders from 35 countries. I served as the WM leader at my home church for over 20 years, have written 13 "how-to" books, speak at women's events around the world, host a weekly radio talk show and I am now here for you.
"In 2002, God gave me the vision for the Christian Women's Speakers Directory. www.WomenSpeakers.com. You'll find over 1300 godly Women Speakers there who LOVE to speak at local and national women's events. Check it out today! My team and I also host www.WomensEvents.info. Welcome!"
WM leadership will be, at least at times, lonely, confusing and exhausting.
The beautiful reality is that those types of moments and feelings need to last only as long as it takes you to run them to Jesus. You are never alone. God is never confused. Best of all, there are absolutely enough resources, time and energy for you to complete every mission God assigns to your account. Just remember:
● Stay close to Jesus.
● When the waves get high, look up more than you look around.
● Be brave, authentic and Spirit-led.
● Create a team of loving, like-minded, serving women who are willing to help.
● Create volunteer positions for everyone from seeker to saint.
● Start in your church, reach out to your community, then support missions around the world.
